Return & Exchange Policy

At Tech Saman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully.

1. 5-Day Exchange & Return Window

We offer a 5-day return and exchange policy. If 5 days have passed since your purchase or delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • All accessories, manuals, and free gifts included with the item must be returned.
  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase from Tech Saman.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons and software licensing, certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used earbuds, headphones, and gaming headsets.
  • Software, digital downloads, or PC components with broken manufacturer seals.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, electrical surges, or improper installation.

4. Defective or Damaged Products (Dead on Arrival)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (e.g., a faulty laptop or broken camera lens), please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

You can process your return/exchange through two methods:

  • In-Store: Visit our office at Arena Mall, Gulberg Greens with the product and original receipt.
  • Online/Courier: Contact our customer support team to log your request. Once approved, you will be asked to courier the item back to our store address. (Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item delivered was defective).

6. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected at our Arena Mall outlet, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via bank transfer/mobile wallet within 5-7 business days.
